The food in the city of Ghaziabad has its own values true to its old tastes of the Mughal times. The city has however, blended perfectly with the cosmopolitan culture in its food habits. The primary cuisines of Ghaziabad consist of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The traditional cuisines of the city are highly influenced by Mughlai way of cooking due to the Mughal Rule.
